Description
Extremely functional modular shelving and wall unit system designed by Preben Sørensen in the 1960s and made by PS systems, Randers. Made from teak wood and teak veneer—materials known for their warm color, durability, and longevity—it is built to last for many more decades. The variety of components offers a versatile mix of display and storage options. Adjustable shelves allow for the display of personal items or art, regardless of size.
The addition of a compact desk with a drawer makes the set ideal for creating a home office space. If you’re short on space in your living area, studio, or bedroom, adding a practical floating desk is the perfect solution.
Its modularity allows for flexible configuration. The arrangement of the shelves, cabinets and desk can be easily changed. The assembly system is simple and intuitive, with components mounted on solid wood rails using brass hangers, metal pins and dowels.
The set includes:
- smaller cabinet: H: 35 / W: 80 / D: 35 cm
- bigger cabinet : H: 50 / W: 80 / D: 45 cm
- a compact desk: H: 13 / W: 80 / D: 45 cm (internal height of drawer: 9 cm)
- 7 shelves: W: 80 / D: 20 cm
- 1 shef: W: 80 / D: 30 cm
- 1 expository shelf: W: 80 / D: 28 cm
- 4 teak montage rails, each 200 cm long
- brass hangers and metal fittings
(The set does not include screws)
The unit has been fully renovated. The wood has been stained to match the color ideally and treated with Danish oil to enhance its natural beauty. The producer’s sticker, located inside the cabinet, confirms the authenticity of the furniture’s origin.
