WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We can deliver to most places in the world. However some locations can be very costly. For customers from outside of EU please contact us before purchase. We will send you a shipping quote before you decide whether to buy an item or not.

HOW LONG TAKES DELIVERY?

Most of items we ship during seven days  after receiving payment, using trusted third party delivery services.  Larger Items can take up to 2-3 weeks , depending on your location. We strive hard to have most of the parcels delivered  the latest within 1 month, it really depends on the location.

We will keep you informed of your item status.

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

The price of delivery depends on weight, size and distance. We separated 3 delivery zones within the EU. If you prefer to pick up your order personally, or ship it with your transport company, please choose “LOCAL PICK UP”.

Please note that we cannot store your item for longer than two weeks.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I CANNOT PICK UP MY ITEM?

If you choose to pick up the item by yourself, or your appointed transport company, we can store the item fo you for two weeks without any costs. After that time we charge 50 Euro storage fee per week. After four weeks the item will be put back on sale  and your funds will be returned excluding the storage fee of 4 weeks (200 EUR).

WHAT IF THE DELIVERED ITEM IS DAMAGED?

All or our shipments are insured, and we take great deal of time and attention to pack them properly. We have shipped pieces of very hight value without any damage. The shippers we work with have many years of experience. In case of damaging the item during the shipping process you will have to give us an immediate notice. If the item was shipped by FEDEX, DHL, UPS, DPD etc. you will have to fill the claim document available on their website. If it was other courier appointed by Fututreantiques we will contact them and  open a dispute.

PLEASE! do not throw the original packaging that can prove mishandling the item by the shipper.
PLEASE take pictures as soon as you notice any damage on the item, do not move it to another location.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our philophy is to make our customers satisfied. We deal with rare objects of beauty and desire and we believe if you trully love a piece of furniture or lighting you will not need to return it. Most of the objects we sell look better in person that on pictures . However if you want to return your purchase you can do so even without giving any reason.
Our return policy you can find in the Store Regulations. You can return the item in 14 days from the date of the delivery. You will have to cover the cost of return shipping and will be responsible for proper packing and shipping . Any damages will result in not accepting the return. Most of the items we offer are absolutely unique and very hard to fix. We do our best to ship them safely with many years of success.

HOW DO I KNOW THE PICTURES YOU PROVIDE ARE TRUE AND THEY ARE NO HIDDEN DEFECTS?

We sell used, vintage items and this is a broad category. However our guideline is whether we could use them in or home or not. Most of the pieces that come to our workshop are being renovated, some only refreshed , but for sure all of them are precisely cleaned.
You will never receive from us and object that has a very bad odour or that has been photoshopped to hide any flaws. We are proud and enjoy our inventory and would like our clients to share the same fillings.

DO YOU RENT YOUR INVENTORY?

Yes we do rent our pieces for photoshoots, and other commercial events. Please contact us in advance. We will try to offer you favorable terms, help organise shipping and so on. During the time you use the item you will be responsible for any potencial damage.

CAN I GET A DEALER/PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNT?

If you are a profecional , willing to buy larger amounts of our inventory, you can contact us in advance to discuss the pricing. We are very happy to cooperate with other dealers, especially outside of European Union as well as other interior designers or set designers.

WHAT IF I WANTED TO BUY AN ITEM THAT HAS ALREADY SOLD?

Some of the items we can find again, for some we can find reasonable substitutes from the same period and style. You can always make inquiry about sold items. We will try to help you.We have a broad network of suppliers .
