Large, extraordinary mid-century Scandinavian modern bookcase with a secretaire and four cabinets made in the 1960s. It is made out of teak wood with teak veneered parts. Two spacious cabinets with four drawers underneath and two glass cabinets provide a large storage space , while four shelves expose books and decorations.

The set also includes a secretaire desk that will create a discreet space for a home office. It features an inside shelf and practical compartments and is lockable with the key included. It is an entirely modular shelving system, perfectly fitting to a living room or office space. Vertical supports and tapered legs with brass endings create geometric lines, emphasizing the Scandinavian origin of the furniture, and brass elements add a grand appearance.

The wall unit has been checked by our team. We have examined if the doors and the lock work properly. On many occasions, we have to sand down the most used parts (if they are scratched badly). Here we have only rejuvenated the wood with Danish oil. We leave minor signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm it is originality. We try to bring furniture back to its best look, still considering it is 60 years old.

It is a beautiful and functional piece in fantastic original vintage condition with very minor traces of use. It is a freestanding piece, but we highly recommend mounting it to the wall using specially provided slots in the rails.
