Description

Danish mid century modern teak 3-bay wall unit made in the 1960s made by PS system, Randers, designed by Preben Sorensen. It is a fully modular shelving system with interchangeable parts that can be arranged upon one’s need. Two cabinets and nine shelves provide just enough space for storage and exposing a lot of books and decorations. The whole set is veneerd in beautiful rich grain teak and hangs on solid wood rails using brass hangers. Especially noteworthy are the brass details of the cabinet. One of the lower shelves on either side can be easily removed (temporarily or for good, depending on the needs) creating a desk space thus making it home officer space either in bedroom or a living room.

The wall unit has been checked by our team. We have made sure that doors work properly, and all parts fit together. The wall unit has been entirely renovated the wood has been stripped and refinished with several layers of Danish oil, and the brass parts have been cleaned, old bent brass screws were replaced with new ones.

We leave minor signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm it is originality. We try to bring furniture back to its best look, still considering it is 60 years old.
