Description
This futuristic table lamp was most likely designed by Harvey Guzzini studio and crafted in Italy in the 1960s or 1970s.
Guzzini table lamps often feature sleek and modern designs, characterized by clean lines and minimalist aesthetics. They frequently incorporate materials such as glass, acrylic, and metal, showcasing a blend of functionality and style. The studio was also known for its innovative designs and distinctive shapes.
This particular lamp resembles a well-known tulip lamp designed by Guzzini. It features a minimalistic chrome-pleated base and two a milk-white shades made of Murano glass, where one creates a outer rim and the second in ball shape goes inside and covers the bulb. The two glass spheres provide a soft, warm stray light filling the room with relaxed 70s atmosphere. Perfect on a coffee table or sideboard.
Brass pins at the bottom, serving as feet, provide stability and lightness. Thanks to its innovative design, the lamp nicely diffuses light, illuminating a space but also serving as a stylish décor element.
It remains in very good original vintage condition consistent with its age and use. Both shades are in perfect condition, with no cracks or stains.
The lamp requires one E27 bulb.
