Description
This Danish mid-century secretaire with hidden desk and vanity crafted in the 1960s seamlessly combines functionality with elegance.
Crafted with precision and attention to detail inherent in Danish craftsmen. The remarkable quality is evident in drawers’ dovetailed fronts and nicely carved handles. Its gentle lines, mild curves and rich teak wood grain will add warmth and character to any space. The richness of the wood pattern is revealed in its full glory especially around the mirror when the vanity is opened.
In addition to the beautiful exterior, the secretaire offers incredible functionality. The desk slides out to reveal a spacious writing surface, perfect for journaling or working from home, while the vanity offers a practical space for grooming and make-up. Simply pull out the drawer and raise the mirror to access an organized space for cosmetics and accessories. Spacious drawers underneath offer plenty of storage space for larger items, while three small drawers help organize smaller accessories needed for work.
The timeless design and versatile functionality make the secretaire a great addition to any interior, especially when you have limited space.
We have made sure that all the mechanisms and drawers work properly and smoothly. The secretaire remains in great original vintage shape with minor traces of use related to its age.
