Description

The Børge Mogensen oak daybed for Fredericia Stolefabrik, crafted in Denmark during the 1960s, is a design masterpiece that effortlessly combine comfort and elegance.

If you were a king in your past lives or you feel like you belong to royalty or you deserve this bed.

The solid oak frame, showcasing Mogensen’s signature minimalism, provides a sturdy foundation. What truly sets it apart is the new thick long hair sheepskin upholstery – a luxurious addition that not only enhances comfort but also elevates the daybed’s aesthetic with its plush texture. In addition sheep wool has great anti-allergic properties and provides electrostatic balance, which is very important in contemporary interiors full of artificial materials.

It is perfect for any mountain chalet, by a fire place, small castle or any extraordinary interior where one searches for comfort and good design.
The cushions move easily and one has a very large bed perfect not only for naps but also for a good night of sleep.
If you live close to the polar circle this bed may be for you as well.

The daybed has been checked by our team. We have made sure that the frame is stable and well-screwed. The oak wood was in fantastic original condition, we have only refreshed it with professional compounds. The original upholstery has been changed.
