Description
Set of two Danish bookcases designed by Johannes Sorth for Nexo in the 1960s. It is a marvelous example of high-quality Danish mid-century carpentry combined with elegance and functionalism. Each bookcase consists of three adjustable shelves and a cabinet with sliding doors, ensuring just enough space for storage, books, and decorations. The unit is made out of teak veneer with solid teak accents. Two wall units fit both together, creating an impressive display for books and decorations, and separately as a functional piece of furniture, even in different rooms. They are very decorative and extremely well made.
Overall is in excellent original vintage condition with minor traces of use. Slight differences are visible in the teak color at the bottom part of the bookcases. They can also be sold separately upon request.
