Exceptional modular Scandinavian mid-century modern freestanding teak wall unit, produced by Eidsvoll Møbelfabrikk in Norway during the 1970s. This freestanding system exemplifies the clean lines, warm materiality, and versatile functionality typical of Scandinavian mid-century design.
The composition features two upper cabinets with original patterned glass sliding doors, adding a light decorative touch to the elegant teak structure. Below them are two lockable drawers, ideal for small items or documents, and a practical central shelf suitable for displaying vinyl records, plates, or books. The lower section consists of two side cabinets with hinged doors and internal shelves, and a central chest with four drawers—one of which locks for added utility. The entire piece stands on four solid wood uprights, ensuring both stability and visual lightness. With its combination of storage, display, and fine craftsmanship, this piece is a quintessential example of Norwegian mid-century furniture design.

- plate or vinyl shelf
- four solid wood rails 214 cm long
- metal hardware, including 4 original keys
All glass panels are original and beautifully preserved. The wall unit has been carefully cleaned and refinished, highlighting the natural grain and warm tone of the teak. Overall this set is in perfect vintage condition. The unit comes totally apart. It is one of the very early patents of this type.
