This minimalist and functional shelving system from the 1970s reflects the philosophy of furniture design during the mid-century modern era. Clean lines, finely-grained teak wood, exceptional craftsmanship, and a modular hanging system highlight the characteristic style of Scandinavian design.

The system includes three narrower shelves and one deep desk-shelf (45 cm), making it ideal for creating a practical home office space in a bedroom or living room. It can function as a study area or as a deep shelf for displaying flowers, audio equipment, and more.The clip-on lamp, crafted entirely from brass, serves as both a practical addition and an elegant complement to the overall design. The use of high-quality teak wood and veneer ensures durability and longevity. Thanks to its compact size and minimalist form, this shelving system is perfectly suited to smaller interiors.

The wall unit is designed as a flexible system, allowing shelves to be rearranged freely. The assembly system is simple and intuitive, with components mounted on solid wood rails using brass hangers and metal pins. Using four short rails instead of two long ones increases the arrangement possibilities, allowing for both horizontal and diagonal layouts.

The set includes:

3 shelves: W: 75 / D: 20 cm
desk-shelf: W: 75 / D: 45 cm
4 solid wood montage rails, each 94 cm long
clip-on lamp
brass hangers and pins

(the set does not include screws. The lamp requires two E14 bulbs, cord length: 200 cm)

The wall unit has been upcycled through a thorough renovation, combining old and new parts to revive the shelving system. All the wood has been sanded down, coated with stain applied for a uniform look, and finished with layers of Danish oil. If necessary, damaged veneer is replaced to enhance the appearance. In this case, one mounting rail has been recreated in the style of the original, the brass elements have been polished, and the old holes in the shelves have been professionally filled with wooden plugs. Short rails make shipping easier and more cost-effective.
