We have managed to safe the original fabric which is almost intact. Foams of the seat needed to be exchanged though, which adds much comfort. The chair is solid and sturdy. The wood has been cleaned and preserved with professional compounds. We leave minor signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm it is originality. We try to bring furniture back to its best look, still considering they are 60 years old.
