Severin Hansen
1903-1979
A carpenter by training. Professionally, he was involved in furniture production. When the financial crisis forced him to make life changes, he also achieved success in trade. Over time, his sons began to help with production.
In 1946, he and his partners established their own company based in a garage. They produced and sold chairs, sofas, lamps, tables, and other furniture, and in time, he opened his showroom, where all models were displayed. The company produced furniture from wood with extreme care, characteristic of the Scandinavian modern style of the mid-20th century.
