Description
Ultra-rare, ultra comfortable DS-101 Sofa with ottoman (we also have an identical pair of DS-101 armchairs) dressed in their legendary high-grade leather, from the world renown Swiss furniture house of De Sede.
As you will no doubt be aware by your interest in these design-masterpieces (famously, as seen in the James Bond movie “On Her Majesty’s Service), De Sede “DS-101” pieces are the epitome of contemporary European furniture design, are of peerless quality, and exhibit detailing and execution of an unrivalled standard.
Our set has minimum number of marks and wear to be found (there is some light patina to the seat cushions and armrests as you would expect) and, remarkably, in fully-functioning condition with all reclining-mechanisms working perfectly. A more gorgeous, comfortable and timeless armchair is difficult to imagine.
Whilst it could not be considered truly perfect due to possessing the odd imperfection, it is guaranteed to meet the requirements of the most exacting and particular of buyers and, for someone looking for a seat of high-design to position at the heart of their home.
Dimensions-wise, the measurements of the sofa are H-71cm, W-255 cm and D-94 up to 106cm, and the breathtaking seating position these iconic-designs creates is enhanced by the use of sumptuously upholstered composite-filled back and seat cushioning, which leaves you powerless to resist its charms.
Seat height 35 cm, armrest height: 55 cm
Ottoman dimensions: H 35 cm D and W 73 cm
Costing in excess of $4100 for an armchair when new, it represents spectacular value for money, and we have no doubt it will serve and delight its new owner for many years to come.
