Description
Mid-century solid teak daybed made in Denmark in the 1960s. It closely relates to Ejvind A. Johansson’s “G19” project from the same period. The daybed features a solid teak frame and a quilted mattress, reupholstered in black leather with new foam inside, along with a decorative bolster, adding an elegant touch to the piece. It showcases high-quality craftsmanship, ensuring comfort for relaxation. A nicely profiled wooden frame, with gently rounded corners, not only keeps the mattresses in a stable position but also perfectly harmonizes with the black upholstery, creating a timeless design. Simple, elegant, and functional, this piece of furniture complements any type of interior
The frame is in its original vintage condition with minor traces of use. The daybed has been updated with new foam and upholstery. The wood has been treated with Danish oil.The legs are detachable for convenient storage or transport.
