This impressive and rare teak wall unit by Hansen & Guldborg for HG Møbler embodies the essence of Danish mid-century modern design—refined simplicity, exceptional craftsmanship, and functional elegance. Constructed from rich teak wood and teak veneer, the system showcases the warm tone and grain that define Scandinavian furniture of the era.
The composition includes a spacious chest of drawers with four beautifully dovetailed drawers, a cabinet with three adjustable interior shelves, a bar cabinet with four smaller drawers, and a distinctive expository shelf designed for magazines or vinyl records. Twelve shelves of varying depths provide ample display space for books and decorative objects. The bottom shelves are 30 cm deep, and after removing one on the very bottom, one creates a small desk 30X90 cm, just enough for working on a laptop or reading. Since there are two spaces like this, two people can work using such shelves at the same time. Extremely versatile piece of furniture!
The modular system is supported by five solid teak wall-mounted rails with original solid brass hangers, allowing easy adjustment and reconfiguration of all elements according to your needs.
