Beschreibung
The Danish shelving system was designed by Preben Sorensen in the 1960s and manufactured by PS System. This bookcase is an entirely modular and can be arranged as required. A cabinet and six shelves provide enough space for storage and exposing books and decorations. The set includes one shelf 45 cm deep that creates ideal space for a home office in living room or bedroom. This shelf also can be hung lower and large items like vases can be placed on it All components are finished in teak veneer and solid teak wood. There are 3 rails, that are in two pastas well as solid brass hangers and pins. The rails provide various arrangement possibilities, like widening the unit, anhging it horizontally as 3 or 4 bay, when they are vertically mounted, the connection point is barely visible.
Das Set besteht aus:
- 6 shelves 20 cm deep,
- 1 desk-shelves 45 cm deep,
- a cabinet with sliding doors H:45 / W:80 /D: 45 cm
- 6 wooden wall rails, each 100 cm long
- brass fittings and bolts
The wall unit has been checked by our tem. We have made sure that all components fit together and doors work properly. Some of the most damaged parts we need to sand down and refinish, the rest of unit has been cleaned, stained to match and coated with layers of Danish oil. We try to bring furniture back to its best look, still considering it is 60 years old.
