Description
A remarkable Space Age lamp, designed by Carlo Nason for Mazzega in the 1970s, is made of handblown white and orange Murano glass. The futuristic tapering orange bottom crowned with a white globe enhances the Space Age style, based on the idea of the world after the success of atomic energy and space trips. The lower and upper sections are joined by a wide chrome-plated steel ring, typical for Carlo Nason’s style.
The lamp provides pleasant lighting that enriches any modern interior. There are two light sources in the top part and in the base, which makes it even more futuristic when lighted.
