Danish Rio Palisander wall unit or a bookcase with a sliding doors cabinet and four shelves by Thygesen and Sorensen and manufactured by Hansen&Guldborg. It is a modular shelving system. All elements are 89 cm wide and can be arranged upon ones will using the slots spaced every 3 cm. This vintage bookcase can be both a beautiful addition to the entrance hall and a small bedroom or living room. Excellent example of Danish mid-century design. Beautiful, exceptional Rio Palisander veneer with rich grain and wonderful patina showing its age.

The unit consists of:

• four shelves 22 cm deep
• cabinet with sliding doors and inner shelf; H: 40 / W: 89 / D: 30 cm
• two wooden wall rails 210 cm long
• brass hardware

The wall unit has been checked by our team. We have made sure that doors work properly, and all parts fit together properly. Aditionaly we have cleaned the wood and the original varnish was refreshed with professional compounds. We leave minor signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm it is originality. We try to bring furniture back to its best look, still considering they are 60 years old.
