Danish Extendable Teak Dining Table by Willy Sigh for H. Sigh & Søn Møbelfabrik, 1960s
Description
This model 145 dining table was designed by Willy Sigh in the 1960s and was produced by H. Sigh & Søn Møbelfabrik in Denmark. It is made of wood and teak veneer and features two extendable draw-leaves, each measuring 52 cm. Beautiful grain on top and high-quality craftsmanship enhance the elegance of Danish mid-century design. A manufacture’s stamp is preserved on a reverse leaf. The legs are detachable for convenient transport.
This item remains in excellent vintage condition with slight traces of use. There is a shallow scratch on the right leaf caused by extending the table. The top was cleaned and coated with an additional layer of Danish Oil.
Height for chair: 61cm
