Scandinavian mid century modern wall unit in teak model “Ergo” designed by John Texmon for Blindheim Mobelfabrikk made in Norway in 1960s. This is a free standing two bay version with chest of drawers and cabinets. The slightly curved edges make a warm impression, and sculptural rails create an elegant and grand looking statement.
This shelving system includes:
- 4 shelves 21cm deep
- 1 dresser with slider and drawers (H: 41cm / W: 79 cm/ D: 37 cm; drawers: H: 8cm)
- 1 cabinet with sliding doors H: 41cm / W: 79 cm/ D: 37 cm
- 1 cabinet with glass doors with open book shelf on top H: 43/W: 78,5/ D: 25 cm
- 3 wooden rails/supports 203 cm long
- brass hardware
Overall, it is in very great vintage condition, especially after cleaning it and coating with an additional layer of Danish Oil.
