Description
Extremely functional modular shelving and wall unit system designed by Preben Sørensen in the 1960s. Made from teak wood and teak veneer—materials known for their warm color, durability, and longevity—it is built to last for many more decades.
The variety of components offers a versatile mix of display and storage options.
Adjustable shelves allow for the display of personal items or art, regardless of size. One deeper shelf (42 cm) can function as a compact desk, making the set ideal for creating a home office space. If you lack room in your living area, studio, or bedroom, adding a practical floating desk is an ideal solution.
Its modularity allows for flexible configuration. The arrangement of the shelves and cabinets can be easily changed. The assembly system is simple and intuitive, with components mounted on solid wood rails using brass hangers and metal pins.
The set includes:
- a cabinet: H: 50 / W: 80 / D: 45 cm
- a cabinet with glass doors: H: 35 / W: 80 / D: 35 cm
- 4 shelves: W: 80 / D: 20 cm
- 1 shelf/compact desk: W: 80 / D: 42 cm
- 3 teak montage rails, each 200 cm long
- brass hangers and metal pins
The unit has been fully renovated. The wood has been treated with professional compounds to enhance its natural beauty. The bress has been cleaned. The producer’s stamp, located inside one of the cabinets, confirms the authenticity of the furniture’s origin.
