Description

This extendable rosewood dining table was designed by Johannes Andersen and manufactured by Hans Bech in Denmark in the 1960s. Known as Model 10, the table is constructed of solid rosewood with a sculpted frame and uniquely tapered, sharply pointed legs. The sleek, soft, organic lines, the curvature of the frame, and the beautiful grain of the wood make it an extremely elegant dining table, exemplifying the Danish mid-century modern era.

The solid joinery and attention to detail are evident throughout, such as the spearhead-shaped detail finishing the legs and in the functional extensions cleverly and elegantly hidden inside. These details not only add to the aesthetic appeal and functionality but also demonstrate the mastery of craftsmanship through precise and thoughtful joinery and design.

This table would add style and class to any dining room, attracting attention with its appealing shape and high-quality rosewood. Our team has taken special care to ensure a gentle restoration while maintaining the authenticity of this vintage gem. The wood has been cleaned and new lacquer was aplied. It is in excellent condition The table has two extensions, each measuring 54 cm, which are stored inside.

Height to the tabletop: 63 cm
